As an Account Manager one must be organized, competitive and focused. It is important to display excellent verbal and written communication and have interpersonal skills to negotiate and manage payment plans with individuals who have outstanding debt.
 
Responsibilities
Inbound and outbound calls to collect on broken lease agreement, property damage, unpaid utility service and other contracted services and fees
Follow all federal, state and local laws
Meet and exceed monthly performance expectations
 
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have extreme attention to detail, commitment to exceptional customer service, MS office suite of product experience and the ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment
Previous collections experience is preferred
