Responsibilities
General grounds and pool maintenance
Planting and weeding
Sweep entries and picking up trash
Basic cleaning and maintenance of pools and hot tubs
Fall/Winter duties include:
Touch up paint
Mulch
Change light bulbs
Wash 1st floor windows
Other grounds maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience with pools
Pool Certification desired but not required
Some past experience with grounds keeping or landscaping a plus
Must be dependable and punctual with a clear background check
