Richdale Apartments, Dallas's premier real estate development firm, is looking for qualified applicants to join our fast paced fast growing team.  Richdale Apartments is currently recruiting for Prep/Make Ready employees which are the foundation of getting current apartments up to par for new residents.
 
Responsibilities
Responsibilities would include final prep and small repairs of luxury apartments. Drywall repair, painting, door lock changes, light plumbing and electrical, and other duties as assigned.
